Site-wide landscaping and external works help unify the main dwelling, outbuilding and garden areas, responding to the site’s changing levels and wooded context.

The architectural approach introduces a restrained contemporary material palette of charred black vertical timber cladding, white render, natural masonry and feature patinated copper cladding, providing contrast while reflecting the tones of the landscape setting.

Together with a full roof replacement, improved fenestration and upgraded external finishes, the proposals modernise the property while strengthening its architectural identity and connection to its rural setting.
