Campbell Park Community Council Hub
The project delivers a new contemporary community building providing a Council Chamber, office accommodation, café, community larder and inclusive community spaces.
The scheme has been designed to function not only as an administrative hub, but also as a welcoming and accessible destination for the wider community. Architecturally, the building balances civic presence with an approachable and inviting character, reflecting the importance of its public role while respecting the local vernacular.
Sustainability was a key driver for the project. An efficient building fabric, renewable technologies and careful consideration of long-term operational performance help reduce energy demand and running costs for the Council.
The project was delivered through close collaboration between the client, design team, contractor and specialist consultants, resulting in the successful completion of a long-envisioned community asset.
