The design of this facility required a solution that facilitated three separate user groups (Parish Council, Local Police Office and Community Centre) within a central community hub. The proposed scheme provides two mono pitched elements centred on the connecting axis to the District Centre. An atrium on this axis provides a shared entrance lobby and lift.

The Community Centre is facilitated by a distinctive inter linked single storey element with a curved wall which provides a strong Architectural identity. The community hall will provide a flexible space suitable for both community and sports activities, such as aerobics, yoga and martial arts.

SOa have been commissioned to carry out full Architectural Design Services from inception to completion. RIBA workstages A-D have been completed and Planning Approval has been achieved.
